Prepare for your visit
Simple steps before your treatment
These guidelines apply to all skin treatments. Following them helps your skin tolerate treatment comfortably and keeps your visit on schedule.
Pause active skincare 4 to 5 days before your appointment
- Retinol, retinoids and tretinoin
- Salicylic acid (BHA)
- Glycolic, lactic and mandelic acid (AHA)
- Azelaic acid
- Benzoyl peroxide
- Hydroquinone and other brightening actives
- Strong vitamin C serums
- Adapalene and other acne prescriptions
- At-home peel pads, scrubs and cleansing brushes
- Waxing, threading, shaving close to the area and laser hair removal
Use this instead
- A gentle, non-foaming cleanser
- A hydrating moisturizer
- Sunscreen every morning, reapplied through the day
On the day
- Come with clean skin and no makeup when you can.
- Plan for 60 to 75 minutes for most treatments.
- Arrive a few minutes early. Visits are by appointment only.
- Let us know about new medications, recent sun exposure or a cold sore before we begin.
Your plan is adapted as your skin responds, so small changes along the way are normal and part of getting a good result. Skin treatments include a personalized home-care routine.
For filler and neuromodulator visits, the active-pause guidance above is not required. Come with clean skin and share your medications and medical history with your provider beforehand.
A 25% deposit of the treatment price is required to book. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
By appointment only · No walk-ins
